The Technical Code establishes the classification of valuation objects, valuation subjects, valuation methods and methods for calculating value, requirements for initial information and its sources, for calculations, determining the result of an independent valuation and valuation documents. The Technical Code is mandatory for use by appraisers when providing independent appraisal services, appraisers when conducting an independent appraisal (conducting an independent appraisal), as well as appraisers of the appraisal of the appraisal, experts from the appraisal of the appraisal of the appraisal when conducting an appraisal of the appraisal of an independent or internal appraisal.
