Assessment of the value of civil rights. General Provisions

The Technical Code establishes objects of standardization and classification of technical codes of established practice on the valuation of civil rights objects, general terms and definitions, valuation subjects, valuation methods and methods of cost calculation, requirements for initial information, valuation procedure, requirements for the result of independent and internal valuation, documents assessment, the act of internal assessment, amendment, amendment, replacement of assessment documents, examination of the reliability of an independent assessment, the range of results of an independent assessment and after the transaction is completed during the re-examination of the reliability of the independent evaluation, it determines the relationship between the customer of the evaluation and the evaluator. The Technical Code is used by appraisers in the provision of independent appraisal services, appraisers in the conduct of independent appraisal (conducting an independent appraisal), appraisers of the appraisal of appraisal in the provision of services for the appraisal of the appraisal of independent and internal appraisal, and experts in the appraisal of the appraisal of the appraisal. Технический кодекс применяется исполнителями оценки при оказании услуг по независимой оценке, оценщиками при проведении независимой оценки (проведение независимой оценки), исполнителями экспертизы достоверности оценки при оказании услуг по экспертизе достоверности независимой и внутренней оценки, экспертами по проведению экспертизы достоверности оценки. Технический кодекс может использоваться для проведения внутренней оценки, а также судебными экспертами при проведении судебной экспертизы по вопросам оценки стоимости объектов гражданских прав
