The technical code establishes the basic requirements for emergency maintenance of residential buildings (buildings), their engineering systems, and the organization and procedure for conducting emergency maintenance. The requirements of the technical code are intended for use in the technical maintenance of residential buildings and dormitory buildings under the jurisdiction of organizations, regardless of the form of their ownership and departmental affiliation, the ownership of individuals and individual entrepreneurs. The technical code applies to emergency maintenance of engineering systems in the housing stock of the Republic of Belarus and establishes the basic requirements for the organization and procedure for conducting emergency maintenance. The technical code does not apply to emergency maintenance of gas supply systems, smoke and ventilation ducts, low-voltage networks and elevator equipment of residential buildings (buildings).
Технический кодекс устанавливает основные требования к аварийно-техническому обслуживанию жилых домов (зданий), их инженерных систем, к организации и порядку проведения аварийно-технического обслуживания. Требования технического кодекса предназначены для применения при технической эксплуатации жилых домов и зданий общежитий, находящихся в ведении организаций, независимо от форм их собственности и ведомственной принадлежности, собственности физических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей. Технический кодекс распространяется на аварийно-техническое обслуживание инженерных систем в жилищном фонде Республики Беларусь и устанавливает основные требования к организации и порядку проведения аварийно-технического обслуживания. Технический кодекс не распространяется на аварийно-техническое обслуживание систем газоснабжения, дымовых и вентиляционных каналов, слаботочных сетей и лифтового оборудования жилых домов (зданий).
