Ventilation systems. Rules of technical operation

The technical code establishes the rules for the technical operation of ventilation systems and ventilation systems (ventilation systems), taking into account the general requirements for ensuring industrial safety, preventing accidents, industrial accidents during the operation of explosion-proof fans, as well as the rules for technical operation of ventilation systems meteorological conditions at workplaces in organizations of the chemical and petrochemical industries: production of oil, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas liquids, individual hydrocarbons (propane, butane, pentane), ethane fraction and other hydrocarbons from natural gas and associated neftyanogogaza (petrochemical industry). The rules of the technical code do not apply to special purpose ventilation systems (shelters and similar structures, premises intended for the storage and use of explosive materials, rooms with radioactive substances and other sources of ionizing radiation), ventilation systems operated at underground mining facilities, and pneumatic transport systems. , dust removal, as well as installation and air conditioning systems.
Технический кодекс устанавливает правила технической эксплуатации вентиляционных систем и вентиляционных установок (систем вентиляции) с учетом общих требований по обеспечению промышленной безопасности, предупреждению аварий, случаев производственного травматизма при эксплуатации взрывозащищенных вентиляторов, а также правила технической эксплуатации систем вентиляции, предназначенных для обеспечения санитарно-гигиенических и метеорологических условий на рабочих местах в организациях химической и нефтехимической отраслей: в производстве нефтепродуктов, сжиженных углеводородных газов, широкой фракции легких углеводородов, индивидуальных углеводородов (пропан, бутан, пентан), этановой фракции и других углеводородов из природного и попутного нефтяногогаза (нефтехимической отрасли). Правила технического кодекса не распространяются на системы вентиляции особого назначения (убежища и аналогичные сооружения, помещения, предназначенные для хранения и применения взрывчатых материалов, помещения с радиоактивными веществами и другими источниками ионизирующих излучений), на системы вентиляции, эксплуатируемые на объектах подземных горных работ, системы пневмотранспорта, пылеуборки, а также на установки и системы кондиционирования воздуха.
