The technical code establishes the basic rules for the safe operation of pumps for pumping liquefied gases, hazardous substances, flammable and combustible liquids. The requirements of the technical code apply to pumping equipment operated at hazardous production facilities and potentially hazardous facilities of chemical production, the production of petroleum products and the production of liquefied hydrocarbons from associated petroleum gas and a fraction of the broad light hydrocarbons. The requirements of the technical code do not apply to pumping equipment operated at the facilities of the main pipeline transport.
Технический кодекс устанавливает основные правила безопасной эксплуатации насосов для перекачивания сжиженных газов, вредных веществ, легковоспламеняющихся и горючих жидкостей. Требования технического кодекса распространяются на насосное оборудование, эксплуатируемое на опасных производственных объектах и потенциально опасных объектах химического производства, производства нефтепродуктов и производства сжиженных углеводородов из попутного нефтяного газа и фракции широкой легких углеводородов. Требования технического кодекса не распространяются на насосное оборудование, эксплуатируемое на объектах магистрального трубопроводного транспорта.
