The procedure for extending the terms of further operation of measuring instruments in organizations of the concern "Belneftekhim"

The Technical Code establishes the procedure for extending the terms for the further operation of measuring instruments (except for explosion-proof measuring instruments and measuring instruments installed on blocks of the first explosion hazard category) and gas alarm devices (measuring instruments) installed at hazardous production facilities of organizations belonging to the Belneftekhim concern. The provisions of the technical code apply to organizations that are part of the Belneftekhim concern, with the exception of separate divisions of organizations operating measuring instruments when performing mining operations in underground conditions. The technical code establishes the procedure for determining the residual life and extending the service life of measuring instruments that: have fulfilled the assigned service life or the resource specified in the design, design, operational documentation, standards, safety regulations or manufacturer's passport; service (resource) according to the owner’s organization (owner)
Технический кодекс устанавливает порядок продления сроков дальнейшей эксплуатации средств измерений (кроме средств измерений во взрывозащищенном исполнении и средств измерений, установленных на блоках первой категории взрывоопасности) и газосигнализаторов (средства измерений), установленных на опасных производственных объектах организаций, входящих в состав концерна "Белнефтехим". Положения технического кодекса распространяются на организации, входящие в состав концерна "Белнефтехим", за исключением обособленных подразделений организаций, эксплуатирующих средства измерений при выполнении горных работ в подземных условиях. Технический кодекс устанавливает порядок определения остаточного ресурса и продления сроков дальнейшей эксплуатации средств измерений, которые: отработали назначенный срок службы или ресурс, установленный в конструкторской, проектной, эксплуатационной документации, стандартах, правилах безопасности или паспорте изготовителя;требуют прогнозирования остаточного ресурса в целях продления назначенного срока службы (ресурса) по мнению организации владельца (владелец)
