The Technical Code establishes the procedure for conducting technical diagnostics (assessment of the technical condition), frequency, methods and amount of control of the technical condition of boilers and their components, standards for assessing the technical condition of various diagnostic parameters during the assigned service life and beyond, as well as after an accident extends to water-tube boilers with a water heating temperature above 388 K (115 C) (PTVM, KV-GM, TVGM, KV-R) (hereinafter referred to as boilers). The technical code is obligatory for all organizations, regardless of their organizational and legal forms and forms of ownership, engaged in technical diagnostics of boilers.
Технический кодекс устанавливает порядок проведения технического диагностирования (оценки технического состояния), периодичность, методы и объём контроля технического состояния котлов и их элементов, нормы оценки технического состояния по различным диагностическим параметрам в период назначенного срока службы и за его пределами, а также после аварии, и распространяется на котлы водогрейные водотрубные с температурой нагрева воды выше 388 К (115 С) (ПТВМ, КВ-ГМ, ТВГМ, КВ-Р) (далее по тексту - котлы). Технический кодекс обязателен для всех организаций независимо от их организационно-правовых форм и формы собственности, занимающихся техническим диагностированием котлов
