In 4 volumes. The specifics of applying the Rules as TKP are given in the annex to the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2007 No. 153-C. In T.1 are included: the Regulation on the classification of ships of domestic and mixed (river-sea) navigation, the Rules for the inspection of ships in service (SEP), the Rules for the technical supervision of the construction of ships and the manufacture of materials and products (PTNP). In T.2 are included: Rules for the classification and construction of inland navigation vessels (SSVP): Part I “Hull”, Part V “Materials and Welding”. In T.3 are included: Rules for the classification and construction of inland navigation vessels (ASWP): Part II "Power installations and systems", Part III "Ship devices and supplies", Part IV "Electrical equipment, radio communications, navigation equipment" . In T. 4 are included: Rules for the classification and construction of vessels of mixed (river-sea) navigation (PSSP) and Rules for the environmental safety of vessels (FSC).

В Т.1 включены: Положение о классификации судов внутреннего и смешанного (река-море) плавания, Правила освидетельствования судов в эксплуатации (ПОСЭ), Правила технического наблюдения за постройкой судов и изготовлением материалов и изделий (ПТНП). В Т.2 включены: Правила классификации и постройки судов внутреннего плавания (ПСВП): ч. I "Корпус", ч. V "Материалы и сварка". В Т.3 включены: Правила классификации и постройки судов внутреннего плавания (ПСВП): ч. II "Энергетические установки и системы", ч. III "Судовые устройства и снабжение", ч. IV "Электрическое оборудование, средства радиосвязи, навигационное оборудование". В Т. 4 включены: Правила классификации и постройки судов смешанного (река-море) плавания (ПССП) и Правила экологической безопасности судов (ПЭБ).
